It was a dent in the bottom of my freezer where the knob is. It was a cap missing that goes over the screws in the back where the door. And one of the screws are stripped on the other side that has a cap. But other than that it freezes is doing me the job I wanted.

Purchased just before Christmas, brought it home, unpackaged it and the freezer was damaged. It looked the the corner where the control box is had been hit with something (like a forklift prong), and was smashed in. The inside on the same corner was dented. We plugged it in, and it works just fine, but definitely not happy about paying for and receiving a damaged freezer.

This so-called Thomson model is identical to the Igloo we bought nearly three years ago. It just stopped working today, and no we didn't pay for the extended warranty. We lost way more than the price of the unit in spoiled food. We won't buy our appliances from Sam's Club again.

Bought this from Sams Club Dec 2017. Came with a dent in the lid but it didn't really hurt anything so we kept it. Went to get something out of it yesterday and realized it's not working. Light indicator was green so we had no idea it was not functioning. Lost everything in it.

So, I bought the igloo just over a year ago, 14 months. It has been amazing and done a great job but the motor went out. It's inside our home so I knew when it stopped working cause I'm in it almost daily. Anyways, I took it back to Sam's and they swapped it for this new version they have. It's the same size and it should work, so I don't really care as long as I have a working unit. I love how simple and easy the exchange was and hopefully this one will make it a year too if not more.

Very quiet freezer. So quiet, I had to check it an hour after turning on to make sure it was actually working. I've been using this freezer for over a month now and I love it. As stated, it's quiet, easy to setup and operate. Five well deserved stars.

Purchased and went out after 7 months. Have written the company who makes warranties them. I followed their directions and after 12 days there is no reply from them and when I call I keep getting told, "oh it will be 7 to 10 days" I reply that its already been 12 days and I hear "it will be another 7-10 days".

I knew this was a good freezer because we bought one last year too. None in stock in store, so we took a chance in having it shipped. The reviews had me nervous about the condition it would be in on arrival, but even the outside of the box was bubble wrapped. VERY impressed! Not a scuff on it. I prefer having multiple smaller freezers to one large so we can turn off and on as we fill with game.

This is the main reason my family and I joined sam club, so that we could buy this freezer before the second lockdown happened I have a family of 2 and this is the perfect size for us I have saved so many frozen food and plenty of space I even have a mini bucket in there! Stays cold well and worth the price

we have a galley kitchen and therefore had to get a small fridge. our family is just 2 working adults, so we needed more space for frozen/ready made meals. this is perfect size for us. (i currently have 2 chuck roasts, 2 half hams, 2 qts of soup, 3 boxes of garlic bread,3 frozen pizzas, sam's club size hotdog and hamburger packs. 10 lbs of ground beef and 4 or 5 boxes of quick snacks) the machine runs very quiet, and light enough to move yourself, even with product in it. its been a great purchase for us!.
