Purchased in store and live almost an hour away. Got home and unboxed it only to find it looked to have been crushed on one side. Now er have to make another almost 2 hour round trip just to return it. Not happy at all.

I bought this item October of 2017 and it stopped working December 2018. Everything thing stored in it thawed. I had to cooked it all and give the food away. I lost $1000 dollars work of meat/seafood/food.

Purchased one 4 days ago.......never got cold. Called the 1-800 number and there is no technical support. They will only communicate via email. We now must haul the thing back to Sam's! You get what you pay for.

Purchased two years ago and just died on us. No indication by the lights, all lights still show working. We lost everything in the freezer. Over year warranty so we're out of luck

It was a dent in the bottom of my freezer where the knob is. It was a cap missing that goes over the screws in the back where the door. And one of the screws are stripped on the other side that has a cap. But other than that it freezes is doing me the job I wanted.
