Had 3 huge dents in it

Purchased this in march upon opening realized that it was dented. There were no other freezers available online or in the store, so i decided to keep it. Within 1 month the door would no longer seal when closing it so frost is building rapidly. It's only a matter of time before this burns out. This thing is junk, I guess you get what you pay for. I've ordered another freezer(different branch) and as soon as it arrives, will be returning this one. And mysteriously, my original review of this product was removed. Why did that happen, why are honest opinions being deleted?

I just bought this freezer this morning and its missing a front leg. I called the store and they told me I would have to bring it back for another. That is very inconvenient, it was already hard enough the first time. The store is not just right up the street from me.

Bought this Freezer February11th and it didn't even make it 30 days. Truly disappointing!! Have to remove all our food and try to fit it in our fridge freezer and return this one for a replacement. No power light and no compressor running for two days. This is a cheap freezer so I hope the replacement lasts longer

Purchased this freezer in June 2017, stopped freezing in February 2018. Contacted Igloo for warranty & company is based in Canada. Had to send copy of receipt, model/serial numbers via email then had to cut cord off back, peel off model & serial number sticker, & send all with copy of receipt to Canada, which cost me $32.95, before Igloo would issue refund. Took me 3 weeks to receive the check. Will not buy another Igloo product.

It was bent when it made it to my house

Sounded great around 100 bucks but it quit working abruptly. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!
