I've only had it for a couple of weeks but so far so good. It came a day earlier than expected and unlike others, delivered without any dents or dings. It is slightly loud but we have ours in the basement so it doesn't really matter. I'll update if anything changes but so far we are pleased with the purchase.

1 STAR IS TOO MUCH! We bought this freezer to hold foid for church fundraising events & the feeding needy at the mission . No warning that it was not working well and we used it 3 times a week. Just went out today to get a ham and boneless chicken and everything was hot & Ruined ! Stacks of frozen hamburger pattys, bacon, sausages, smoked prized pork from the fair butchers wrapped!!!!!$$$$$!!!! Blocks of cheeses ect... IT WAS ONLY 1 1/2 YEARS OLD AND KEPT IN A COOLED GARAGE. DO NOT BUY! IT DEFEATED THE WHOLE PURPOSE! WE ARE NOT OUT OF A FREEZER WE ARE OUT $$$ MIN.$500 OF FOOD!! COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!

I picked up one at the Sam's Club today 3/13/20, but had to take it right back with a dent in the cabinet, right out of the box. The second one was fine, and cooled to 0° Farenheight in only a couple of hours (Garage at 45°). 5 Cubic Feet is fine for an old couple to supplement a main bottom freezer in the house. With a one year warranty, I might get the extended one before a month expires. I'll update this a yearly intervals, next in March 2021. The price is fine, and they had a lot in stock, so useful for upping food storage for the current Corona Virus issues, and perhaps to have enough food in storage to manage any need to just stay home.

I knew this was a good freezer because we bought one last year too. None in stock in store, so we took a chance in having it shipped. The reviews had me nervous about the condition it would be in on arrival, but even the outside of the box was bubble wrapped. VERY impressed! Not a scuff on it. I prefer having multiple smaller freezers to one large so we can turn off and on as we fill with game.

Purchased this for just the two of us. Small and quiet. Temperature gauge was very off, setting it between 2-4 would do no change, had a temp gauge In it to see and try and set the temperature which we could never do. Was always at -10 but it works for its intension. 4 years later after purchasing it the unit died. It worked well and had no issues but figured it would have had a longer lifespan. Now we have the opportunity to upgrade to a bigger size.
