I purchased the WGen5300DFcv a few months ago for storm and weather preparedness. I just used it after a storm left us without power. Powers all the essentials, easy start and maintenance. In addition, also runs on propane! This is 10/10; certainly a great purchase and investment.

Recently purchased this item. Extremely satisfied with the product. Started right up and runs very smoothly. Especially like the dual fuel, gasoline or propane options. Very easily installed the wheels and rubber pedestal. Definitely would recommend this item.

After my purchase it only took ten minutes to add the feet, wheels and add the oil. I added some gasoline and connected the propane tank. Following the start up instructions I was quite surprised to see it start on the very first pull of the starter rope.

I bought this due to the usual power outages in the L.A. during our heatwaves. It's meant to power the refrigerator, portable AC, and some lights. I especially like that it's a dual fuel use and the featured connectors. It too comes equipped with wheels and pull handle.

I recently purchased my Westinghouse Generator and was very pleased with the value, ease of set up, quick start up, and the ease for being able to transport it as well. The duel fuel capability also is a nice convenient feature. Quality product and good craftsmanship from what I can see right out of the box.

I just purchased this generator as a backup power source when storms knock out power to hour home. I just purchased it yesterday and have not yet had a chance to use it. I did unpackage the unit and it appears to be well built and is lighter than I anticipated (which is good).

We got this Generator because of the storm that happened this thursday may 16 2024 in Houston. The first day was ok it was not that hot but the next day it was 90 something degrees Fahrenheit without electricity no air we had to run the generator almost 24 hours we got the connection for 240v and we could use the refrigerator, a window air conditioner tv and some more and it did not heat up ,nothing...i really recommended this brand and this generator..

We bought this a month ago in preparation of hurricane season in Houston. We have a small home and just need to be able to power the essential. Instructions are very simple to follow to get it up and running. I ran it for a few hours to test it and it handled everything we need it for on gas. I haven’t tested it with propane but it’s always a nice feature to have.

An winter ice storm threat and possible power outages made me run out and buy this generator (based on other reviews). I got it home, unboxed it, put on the wheels, poured in the oil and a couple gallons of gas and it fired right up (and I'm 70 years old so if I can handle this generator a younger guy should have no problems). I plugged in a refrigerator and a couple lamps and everything worked fine. I'm ready for the ice storm.
