This generator was easy to setup and provides the options of propane or gasoline, we have only used it with gasoline so far. It is a little loud and seems to consumer about or over 1 gallon an hour under heavy load. I wish it was a little quieter and used less fuel like our old one. But this one works and does the job for the cost, it was more affordable than the old one and will work great as a back, as intended.

We lose power more and more frequently in the last few years but the last one was when we returned home from a family trip. This was unexpected to say the least but we thought itt would only last a few hours. Until the next morning and all the food we had just purchased and what we have in the freezer was in jeopardy. We found the generator and it was and will be a great addition to the family and our piece of mind. The dual fuel aspect is also awesome. Gas or propane. YES!

This generator fell right in the "sweet spot" of the power I needed while running on propane.(~5000 Watts) The quality is very obvious when setting up and running this generator. It started right up and runs great. I love the fact that it is dual fuel since my house runs on propane. Another thing that impressed me about it was the customer service. When I received the generator there was shipping damage that broke the air cleaner assembly. I called up the customer service line and got right through. The person I spoke with was very nice and offered to send the new air cleaner assembly right out. I had it in my hands within a week. Great job Westinghouse!!

This is the first generator that I’ve owned. I did the research and this is the biggest bang for the littlest buck. I did not use the factory supplied oil because I live in Maine and went with synthetic 5W-30 to cover cold temps. This unit literally started on the very first pull out of the box. It did not come damaged which was a fear I had after reading the past reviews. So far this unit has met my expectations.

I live way up North so occasionally we loose power. I friend at work mentioned this type and I am so glad I went with it. Its perfect and easy to handle. I plan on putting it in a small shed out side for storage. Big plus with the RV hook up. Also with being dual fuel I plan on putting in a tee for our big propane take outside. Will never have to worry about going outside to check the fuel during a blizzard or thunderstorm.

Good product, except for the leak on the bottom of the carburetor, the membrane on the needle from the fuel selector handle mechanism is faulty, it leaks gas, I was able to fix it, It works perfect. I am happy with it. It provides good power to my RV A/C and refrigerator with no issues.

Bought this yesterday, haven't had a chance to put it through it's paces but the unboxing and prepping for use was a breeze. The tools necessary for assembly of feet and tires were included as was the oil. Just need to provide the gas and you're good to go.

Purchased this a couple of weeks ago after ALOT of research on generators in this size/category. This weekend Hurricane Helene knocked out power to my house and we were very happy to have this available to keep home essentials running! We were quickly about to get this unboxed, assembled, and running. It has many desirable features built-in (dual fuel, wheels, handle, digital display/hour meter, easy fuel drain, etc) and it appears that it is built to last many years if properly maintained.

I bought this generator as a main piece of my hurricane kit, and it has proven to be very useful. Obviously it does an excellent job for running power tools/pressure washers in the garage but it also worked great in power outages for running a refrigerator and a small ac unit. Overall I couldnt be happier with this unit.

Still in the break in hours but so far so good. Looks good and not super heavy. I like that it has the drop down handle for moving it easier. Specifically purchased this one for the dual fuel feature and it goes between easily with the flip of a switch. And fits right on the front of my pop-up camper trailer with ease
