I bought this model because of the dual fuel feature. Haven't had to use it for an emergency, but my test runs were flawless.

did have a problem with serial number. mine is a 5300cx and it was not listed when i filled out the warranty info.

I got it couple days for a back to my to other house and the went out and I use it to keep the power on it was real easy to use love it thanx

Very easy to set up and extremely easy to start! Considering it was a pull start, i was easily able to crank it on first pull.

We just bought it so we can't really say how well it will keep up with our needs. But so far it works as described.

It started up first time without an issue. I just added the supplied engine oil, hooked up my propane tank and pulled the cord.

I used this twice now and worked great. Easy to setup and start. I love the dual fuel feature. Oh, it's heavy.

We bought this generator in case the power went out and had to use it on day one. I kept the lights on and ran the fridge and deep freezer.
