Easy setup and runs great. But, my need was to be able to use the 120/240v (L14-30R) and the 120v (5-20R) plugins at the same time. The 120v plugins will not work if the Voltage Selector Switch is on 240v and vice versa. If I had known this, I would have bought a different one.

It came very fast exactly as ordered. I like the manual starter for long-term reliability. I like the dual fuel for versatility. This was the least expensive generator I could find that allows for 240 volts. I purchased it mostly to use for emergency house backup use. It is probably smaller than most generators for that purpose, but it will meet our emergency needs just fine.

Bought this product, had to exchange, that one would not work, had to go to recommended repair shop, they went back and forth with warranty co. with parts, etc for 6 months, and warranty co finally to send another. This one will start, have not used yet.

I purchased this as a farm use generator. I need use of an air compressor, and other corded tools and equipment. It'll also be a back power supply when necessary. So far so good. It has run a 5 HP compressor with no problem along with a grinder and sander. Seems to run quite a long time, but I really haven't run it at it's max. But, seems to be good enough for me if it can run an heavy duty air compressor.

I just bought the product with the protection plan. The thing that sold me was being able to plug propane into it. A lot of times during storms gas is out because everyone has a car but i can use a good old fashioned propane tank to fuel it. great idea and can hold a serious load

We are very happy with this purchase. Generator came undamaged and build quality/fit and finish are great (this is a quality device). Compared to similar output units with similar features from other manufacturers the price was outstanding. The duel fuel option is awesome as a backup fuel source. The options for power output delivery are diverse and will allow for backup power given most any situation. The wheel and handle kit was also included in this package which was a huge bonus as this is a heavy unit. Again, very very happy with the purchase and am sure that it will provide us with many years of peace of mind.

I purchased this generator recently due to all the cold weather that we’re getting in East Texas. In the past, I’ve had different models/brands of generators ranging from champion, etc., and have to say that this generator is way quieter and much much easier to start up. From the point of taking it out of the box and adding the oil it took two pools and it fired right up and ran smooth as could be and comes with everything you need in order to switch over between Natural gas/propane and gasoline. With almost a combined 18 hour run time with one tank of fuel and one of propane, that is more then enough to get you through a spot when needing a generator. I have to say that I like the switch in the side that allows you to select from 120v to 240v. By doing so you’re able to connect up smaller appliances if need be, all the way to a house or camper if you have the correct cable setup.

We just bought this today and have not used it yet. I love the options of multiple outlets since we own a 5th wheel trailer. Also, a little over a month ago we had a storm come thru that knocked power out. Some people had no electricity for over a week. What made it bad was it was still in the 100's ( I live in Arizona). Now, I won't have to worry about something like that.

I bought this model due to the dual fuel and 30 amp RV outlet. Having the ability to run this generator on either gasoline or propane was a major factor in selecting this generator. The initial test was done using propane, started up on the 4th or 5th pull and the noise level is adequate for a generator this size.

This generator will be a great relief and a very useful tool. I live very near the Gulf Coast, and our family has endured more than one hurricane, which knocked out electricity for days. This generator will enable us to live in our home without going back to the Stone Age. Plus, this generator will enable us to use power tools on our property, which were heretofore without access to electric power.
