This generator was exactly what I needed. It's not terribly loud but not quiet either. Good for what it's designed for.

Pull start broke after the first use. I used it for 30 seconds and it shut off. I could not start again.

Brand new and I had to take it to shop for a new carburetor 30 miles away. Check service centers near you before buying. Sam's will NOT take it back. Probably going to be a good generator after I get it fixed.

Just bought this and waiting to use so can't comment on functionality but can on size in comparison to storage area in front of the RV and capacity to safely run 30Amps for outdoor needs! my biggest concern was getting a unit that would fit in front storage space and easy to pull out. It's heavy but not too heavy that a single gal couldn't put a little muscle into it and get it out and running quickly.

This generator is more than enough to the satisfy our needs for our submersible well pump, refrigerator, and lights in the event of a power outage. We do have an RV and the 30 amp receptacle is perfect. I like the idea of even running the generator on our RV propane tanks to power the AC through the electrical plug. Very convenient. Shipping was an issue, delayed, and the box was not pretty when arrived. However, that has nothing to do with the Westinghouse product itself. Overall, we are very please and a good deal for the price.

This generator was purchased during the power outage caused by hurricane Helene and has been absolutely *CRUCIAL* for keeping our lives stable. It provides excellent power for the price, and can easily maintain a separate fridge and freezer at the same time as powering several home lights and small appliances, like a CPAP machine. Changing the oil could be improved if the drain plug was positioned better, but it is otherwise easy to do. Just make sure your pan is short (height-wise) and long enough to catch the oil as it falls and spreads along the frame below it. It only holds .74 quarts of oil (provided at purchase and about 24 oz) and needs to be changed after the first 25 hours of use. After that it needs to be changed every 50 hours. The generator will run for approximately 13-14 hours on a full tank of 4.7 gallons of gas. If you prefer, it can use propane as a fuel source, but we have not used it with propane. Overall highly recommend this product.

I bought this generator for Back up power. We have had some power disruptions and expect more. This is big enough to handled needed refrigeration and power up electronics. Gonna keep it as stand buy on propane. Gasoline is a long term outage if needed.

i bought this last week. I am told if I write a review I will get a cover. i don't want to wait 6 months til i run it to get the cover. I haven't started it yet. i have no idea how it works or lasts. I just want the cover. thank you. I'll update this after I use it.

I bought this generator right before hurricane Milton. I am so glad I did as we needed it after the storm. It was easy to assemble and start it up. It ran all day on a tank of gas and was able to run our fridge and some other items in the kitchen as well as some lights, a few fans and our vacuum. I am very happy with this generator.

I Bought this generator this month October 2022. Arrived prior to the expected delivery date which was great. Easy assembly , only needed to add the wheels and oil. Oil was in included. I wait later to add gas. It really looks good. I am not wishing for a power outage however can’t wait to use it. I can just wheel it easy into my garage. I like the duel fuel option of either fuel or propane.
