I just bought this last week. It started right up and has plenty of power. The wheels could be a bit more robust, but they do the job as long as the terrain is not too rough.

this product was really simple to set up and really easy to use which is why it was perfect for my father who does not need to be struggling with a hard to use generator

Bought this generator to have power refrigerator during power outage due to Hurricane Beryl. It handle the refrigerator, and Porttable AC unit, 3 fans and power stations with no problem

I only used this generator one time; but when I did it was easy to use, reliable, and did what I needed it to do. I am pleased with my choice of generator.

Was extremely difficult to get started first time. Purchased brand new. Yes gas valve was open yes it was switched to correct fuel yes the kill switch was on. After initial start had been good.

The item was within our price range yet had features that exceeded our expectations. It runs very loud but the voltage remained constant. Overall, I am very pleased with this product.

I bought this after my old generator was stolen from my back yard, haven't had a chance to use it a whole lot but I bought it because of all its features. I really like the dual fuel option.

Fired up quickly and seems to work great! The only suggestion is that the oil "funnel" for adding the oil is not easy to use. Ended up using my own funnel.
