Great unit at a great price that I bought due to increasing power outages in my area. Only wish that it had electric start and support for a natural gas conversion.

I bought this today during a power outage and within 30 minutes of getting home it was running and powering the items I needed to get through the day.

Great manual. Everthing worked as advertised. I really like the propane option. Only gave it 4 stars because I have not had to use it for a major power outage.

Bought this generator for next years hurricane season! I like the fact that it’s dual fuel. So it can run off propane if gas gets scarce like it did this year. I also like the fact that it runs 240 so I can use it with my transfer switch setup.

Just got it,fired right up after 10 minutes of assembly and adding oil. Seems to be working just fine. And more quiet than I thought it would be. Hopefully won’t need to use it anytime soon but now it’s here if I need it!

Unit looks great and seems to be of good quality. Glad it came with wheels and handles. Connected it to a propane tank and it started on the third pull. Pretty quiet while running.

I bought my westinghoust gen on 06-22-2022 and we expierened a huricanne on 09 29-30-2022 and my Gen proformed outstanding Iam very pleased with it and will recommend it to my friends

Have a craftsman generator that quit after 2 years can’t get parts to fix it. This Westinghouse has a much better build quality than the craftsman for about the same price

I bought this item just before a Hurricane. Luckily I did not have to use it. But it was really easy to set up and start the first time. Took only 2 tries. Love it!!!! I let my son know and he also purchased one the very next day.

I just received this. Our family purchased 4 of these primarily because it is manufactured in the U.S. (Columbus, Oh); Westinghouse is a great long-term name; carries high ratings; good price for a 5300; and love the dual gas feature.
