I bought this 2 days ago and it helped tremendously through the ice storm that left us without power.. definitely satisfied with the outcome. Easy assembly and instructions.

I bought this generator last month in preparation for hurricane Ian. South Carolina didn't get hit as bad as originally thought, however; this generator gave me peace of mind for my family.

The instructions are very easy to follow. Was able to get generator up and running without any problems connected to propane. Looking forward to using it this weekend as we go help with cleanup in Louisiana following hurricane Ida.

Although we have not used the generator yet, I was pleased with the condition when it arrived. I was worried because it is such a large item and it was shipped to us but the box looked good and the generator does not appear to be damaged.

Starts right up and runs everything in the house that we need.Also like the duel fuel,it's peace of mind knowing if we run out of gas during a storm we can use propane.

I bought it this a month ago but I can not try it because the pull cord start cordcover came smashed in. I have a case number but nobody has called yet with instructions to return for repar.

Just received my first generator and I chose this one b/c I wanted another way to run a generator besides gas. This one comes with the wheels already and the handle folds. I still gotta start it up but I have full confidence in it.
