First time using the generator so can only give initial comments but so far so good. The generator was easy to unbox and required minimal assembly. Everything you need to get it going is included except of course fuel. They even included tools for maintenance which was a nice unexpected ad. The generator was quieter than I thought it would be and as soon as the choke was applied started right up on the first pull. Overall performance seems to be very consistent for the six or so hours that I used. Thus far I would recommend highly!

I just bought this unit today as a backup to my Duromax 10,000. This Westinghouse unit was well packaged, easy to remove from carton, and the instructions are very well written and thorough. Got it running in no time flat. All the controls worked exactly as promised. The price was more than equitable as well. I am quite happy with this purchase and glad i made it! At least, i am til the wife gets home... haha! 😆 A worthwhile and valid purchase! J

Just a few simple assembly items and an easy start from the get go. Solidly built with very good fit and finish. Really like the dual fuel capabilities. Will adequately power my travel trailer for remote camping and also plan to use it as a stand-by for power outages at home.

I received the product yesterday. The shipping box and generator were in good shape. I attached the wheels, added engine oil, and connected a propane tank. The generator started easily and powered a test load. Glad to have it for hurricane season.

I bought this unit prior to our move to the Republic of Panama. We unfortunately have frequent power outages here but this unit keeps our fridge, freezer, Internet, fans and kitchen small appliances working perfectly. Being dual fuel is a real bonus too!

I bought this for storm preparation , first time purchasing a generator and I have to say I am Very pleased with this Westinghouse Generator , I was also recommended this generator from other family members, this is my first generator , the cost was very reasonable and looks very nice , was also easy to assemble the wheels for it , overall feeling very good and prepared with this purchase.

Living in an all electric house (furnace, hot water heater, fireplace) this was a necessity when the power went out and we were experiencing below zero weather. Ran three space heaters, the fridge and a tv. Could have handled more, but my extension cords couldn’t. Emergency purchase, good product.

I bought this due to all the horrible weather here in Texas and thankfully I did. With thunderstorm and tornado warnings and my power going out, this was very useful. I used propane not the gas function. Power was only out for about an hour but that hour wasn't bad with this generator I hooked what I needed to for power (fridge, lamps, phones). Need phones to call out so it was plenty of power. Highly recommend.

I bought this generator after the hurricane that hit Texas, thank God we were one of the lucky few that were left without electricity for only 2 days but it was difficult, for this reason I bought it to be prepared, I hope it will be of great help to me.

My first time using a generator. Frankly, I thought it would be troublesome and it’s not. I do have to say, it was a bit heavy to move, But once I installed the wheels it was easy to move around. The instructions are very simple to follow. Once the oils and fuel was added. Only a few pulls if the recoil is what it took to get the generator going. It truly saved the day. I was going on 8 hours without power and the refrigerator wasn’t going to hold much longer. I am very happy I have the generator
