I bought this item during a tax break month for in case of power outages .Had to use it this month September 2024 for a power outage. Generator ran and worked great ! Used it for 4 hrs. It did not miss a beat . My neighbor wants one now .

Wish the fuel selection switch was of higher quality. Switch broke internally when switching from gasoline to propane. Please send me a new fuel selection switch. PLEASE SEND NEW FUEL SELECTION SWITCH.....

Bought backup generator in case of another Texas freeze. Luckily was not needed for extended period but was easy to set up and get started to get prepared.

Lost power due to a tree taking out the power lines. One of the reasons why I chose this was that it uses gas and propane fuels. It was also extremely easy to assemble and use.

Starts easily, runs smooth. Haven't used it in an emergency yet...and hopefully never will. But seems robust enough to do the job. Plus being dual fuel is a big bonus.

Purchased a few days ago and was very surprised as to how simple it was to operate. Started first pull and surprisingly much quieter than my old 4k watt generator.

Used it for the first time today and it was flawless. I will have it ready for the next power outage at the house so we can use it on our deep well. Without it we wouldn't have any running water. Great Value!

The generator started right away and without much effort. It only took three pulls to get it running. The engine sounded very smooth and I believe that I have made a very good purchase.

I purchased due to 2nd power outage that I thought we be a long one. Power was out 24 hours and the generator ran continuously without issue. The only complaint is it's loud, but I don't suspect it was louder than design.
