Bought it 4 days before Christmas to use as backup power. Unboxed it and easily assembled it. Added oil and fuel and cranked it so easily. Thank the Lord did not have to use it during the extreme weather. I'm sure it will be used though.

So far this generator, for the price, is much more than I hoped for. I am very pleased. If for some reason it disappoints in the future, I will revise my review.

I bought this product once and it didn't work. I called customer service and spoke to Bob which he instructed me to return the product for a new one. Once I got the new one it work great .Process was easy.

This was a very easy assembly and after putting oil in with the very handy funnel that was provided. Two pulls and it was up and running. I love the duel fuel option. Highly recommend this unit.
