Quick and easy set up. I am happy to have the ability to use gas or propane fuel and knowing it will switch from gas to propane when the gas runs out is a huge plus. It also runs a little quieter than my last one. The price was a huge plus as well.

Used it once to break it in used propane started easy and ran great plugged different items in the outlets to mix up the wattage and it handled it all with ease very happy with my purchase

I like the size/weight combination easy to move around. I've only used it with propane and I like that it wasn't really loud. I wanted to be ready for our next storm

Quick setup. Has this going by the 2nd pull. Such an easy setup and we were able to power a pellet grill with this generator. It was pretty much add oil,gas, then go!!!

After 5 days without power and borrowing generator's, I finally broke down and purchased one. The Westinghouse generators were highly recommended by many friends. It is also the best bang for your buck.

Purchase based on reviews and personal requirements. The price point was acceptable and Westinghouse products have been reliable. I've only started a few times and preparing for hurricane season.

Just got the Westinghouse 5300dfv and it appears to be a good buy. Sturdy and appears well built. The subtle features like the rubber outlet covers and padded handle are great and make the unit seem a bit of an upgrade from standard generators.
