It looks to be well-made, although I can't start it yet, as the oil dipstick was screwed on crooked at the factory and I can't get it back in. Why this is plastic, I'll never know. Awaiting a replacement dipstick, I am.

I bought this generator a few weeks ago in anticipation of storm related power outages this winter. It's a flexible power backup option to have, fairly easy to start and comes with easy to follow instructions how to prep, run and maintain it.

I bought this recently and works well, however the oil seal is plastic and doesnt line up well with the threads. this will be a problem, but other than that it works well.

I don't think there is a better generator for the money out there. Set up is easy took me 10 minutes by myself. Fired it up to test and everything is running smoothly.

I purchased a few month ago and have been pleased with the performance. Just needed to put on wheels and ready to go. Like the propane feature but haven't tried that yet.

Very satisfied with this product. Quiet while running. Like the propane feature as there is no gas mess or cleanup. Also, the weight is light enough for easy mobility.

Just bought this product for serve weather and camping. Its not as loud as I expected it to be. Love that it has a 30 amp hook up for my trailer. Can not wait to put it to the test.

JUst bought the westinghouse generator and it shipped on time, assembly and operation was flawless. Hope I don't need it this hurricane season, but glad that it is there

Purchased a couple months ago. Seems to be built well and has easily understood instructions. Haven’t needed it so far but I feel comfortable being able to use it if/when the time comes.

I bought an IGEN 4500w duel fuel but my serial number says I bought an openframe 5300 duel fuel. Oh well. I am verify satified. Nice wheels and light so my wife can help lift it.
