Just got the unit home and it assembled easily other than some ambiguity in the instructions regarding whether it can be solely run on propane without having fuel in the gas tank. Disappointed I have to submit a survey to obtain the outdoor cover.

Selling our 5th wheel and needed this to demonstrate that everything works to potential buyers. Started right up and sitting in cool a/c right now. Very happy.

Bought this in September after hurracaine season and first used it for the Texas Winter Storm 2021 and started right up. Used it while the power was off worked like a champ!! Fridge, 2 lamps, 2 electric heaters cable modem and 2 TVs. Love it.

I received this as a Christman gift and haven't used it yet but am looking forward to it. I live in northwest Florida so the time is coming when I will need it.

there is no hour meter with this generator. so how am i suppose to keep track of the hours??? this to me is a very bad design flaw. my wife ordered this and i would think it would have come with an hour meter !!!! unhappy in erin , ny

I purchased this item on a recommendation from a friend. Purchased ahead of the 2024 Hurricane season. I haven't used this product yet but it is very easy to put together and not too large for storage purposes.

Purchased item to prepare for cold winters, out door activity's and the occasional power outage. Thanks goodness, we have not had to use it in extreme circumstances. It is easy to use and I like the gas to propane versatility.

Just opened up the other day. Did trial start and ran until out of gas. Tried again next day. Ran for 20 minutes and died. Would not restart and had plenty of gas. Retried again today and would not start. Right now investigating problem.
