Lost power for several days so we bought this unit. Starts easy, runs fine. Power returned before it was delivered so I’ve not done more than run a compressor with it so far to test it. Operates as it should. We’re ready for the next power failure.

Purchased the 5300DFcv, completed the initial setup process. Completed a 360 inspection, followed by Oiling the unit, wheel installation, fueling and finally starting the unit. Started on the second pull, no hesitation.

After doing a lot of research on generators I decided on this one. I was needing one for backup power in case of storms or severe weather. With two young children at home, I needed something reliable and this does the job.

We bought this generator since we live in Louisiana and it is working well. We had a hurricane and we lost power and this generator is is keeping us safe

So far I am very satisfied with this product. Easy to put together. It is much quieter than I thought it would be. Started up right away. Like the fact I can use gas or propane. Instruction icons on top of it are very helpful.

Tropical storm Ophelia took out our power for 4 hours recently. Not only did this generator keep my refrigerator and stand-alone freezer running but also 3 large salt water tanks and my STEP sewer system. Small but super strong.

I gave 4 stars bc I was solicited for this review so that I could review a free storage cover that should have come with it anyway. I don’t know how it works bc I have not yet used it. I like that I can use a propane tank to run this.

Just purchased. Read through the owners manual and set up the generator to run. Started up on first pull. Waited for it to warm up and then put a “load” on the machine. Ran both my refrigerators and my deep freezer with no issues.
