Arrived in perfect shape one day early. Started on the second pull. Very handy machine and despite weight is extremely easy to move from one location to another. Very well packaged with very little assembly required.

We purchased this mainly for the travel trailer. We've now used it a couple of times and I can say it's actually doing better than I expected. We live in Texas and the temperatures have been around 105. Camper stayed a cool 74 with no shade.

Hooked it to my house and it ran furnace and refrigerator with no problem very happy with it But they do have a recall on 2 generator leak gasoline and may cause a fire.

The dual fuel system was wonderful! Provided options for us to operate the generator. Very thankful to have it during a recent power outage--saved our food from going bad. I was able to connect two fridges and our WiFi--the essentials!

Just bought and unboxed. After reading instructions front to back I had a complete understanding about the operation and functionality of all the features. Easy to set-up and start.

Bought this generator in anticipation of a bad hurricane season this year in Florida. Started right up when I tested it. I had an electrician install a six-circuit transfer switch for ease of use. I like the propane gas option.

Needed one in a pinch to keep the pina colada and margarita machine cold for our wedding day when the power went out on a windy day. Nice machine and started right up and saved the day, the wedding, and my butt!

Just add oil and go! Instructions are clear and it is easy to use. The unit is heavy but that adds to its sturdiness and the handle makes it easy to move around. Just remember to run it for an hour to break it in before putting it under a load!

Great for powering an RV and for camping! Love the option of the duel fuel. Would like it if it also had the option for a remote start instead of just a pull start. Overall, a good generator for the price!

This product was very easy to start. Easy assembly included putting wheels on to frame. Only needed to use once so far and I am very satisfied with product, especially large fuel capacity and long run time.
