I bought the generator for emergency use to protect our daughter's home and swimming pool in Dallas. This generator has sufficient capacity to power the pool pump as well as some home circuits including refrigerator, gas furnace, internet, and some lights. It is a dual fuel model, which allows us to set it up for primary use with propane, with the option to go to gasoline if necessary. The information provided is extensive and adequate, and setup was straightforward.

I bought this in June and used it for the first time after hurricane Ian. I used gas and only ran it for 8 hours. I like the option of using propane though. It ran fine and did what I wanted it to do, powering 2 refrigerators, 2 freezers, a few lamps, internet equipment, and charging devices for phone and laptop. No complaints except I wish there were a couple more 120 outlets (it only has 2).

Very easy to use. One recommendation would be to change location where the oil is drained. Maybe move the plug to a easier and accessible location. Got a couple of cuts (big hands)... other than that, lasted 12 hrs before a refill. Worked for 2 Window units (10k & 8k BTU,) full fridgerator, 2 TVs, Xbox, laptop, and cell phones all at once.

Very easy start up. Instructions well written. Used a large upright freezer as a constant load, used a Bosch router as a variable load and a LiIon battery charger as another load. Worked with no problems. 30 mins later switched to LP gas, worked the same.

i purchased this item based on my fathers experience with his. however when i received my generator it would not start. i called customer service and they are supposed to call me back tomorrow. i am assuming the best with customer service or ill change this review

I bought this back in September and got it all put together pretty easily got the oil it and just needed to put gas in it and run it. A month and a half later after purchasing it I finally get some gas and put it in and now it will not start. Nice looking machine just disappointed that it would not start.

Easy setup for first time generator owner. Nice user manual. Appears to be very well constructed. It was well packaged with all listed accessories. Compact design and will be relatively easy to roll in and out of storage awaiting our next hurricane and/or winter ice storm power outage.

I found this Generator very complete for the needs of my home when power is out, I like the dual fuel system (propane and fuel gas), has a nice handle to carry it around with no problem, I just open the box and it has everything you need to put it together and get you going, I did my research before this purchase and I'm very pleased with it 100%. I've only had the generator for a few days but it seems to be well machined and built to last. Nothing about it feels cheap or plastic-y and they include tools to service the engine as well as a comprehensive manual with diagrams and schematics. Will come update this review if I run into any problems in the future.

Installing wheels and feet was quick and easy. Don't lose that funnel or you'll have a hard time changing your oil when the time comes. Started right up and ran for about twelve hours on a tank of gas under load (two refrigerators, two space heaters, lamps and chargers). Haven't tried propane yet.
