I bought this less than a month ago. It was an easy set up. Unfortunately the pull cord is useless, it comes out of the spool every time since took it out of the box.

My husband said "This is a work horse." The start button makes it easy enough for me to turn on our generator. The entire size is compact and fits on four 16x16 patio blocks. This now gives us life security for the next storm!

I purchased this generator as a backup in case of power outage. So far I am very impressed with the machine and fell confident that it will come through when it's needed.

The product was extremely user friendly they provided all needed tools and instruction for a new owner of a generator I loved the color as well I'm extremely impressed and satisfied with the product

I bought this last year, it worked great the first three or four times, however it has since stopped working and I'd not being power to the fuel solenoid.

I'll give a 5 star now, i just received the generator, but i am unable to see how it works right now. I am getting older and bought do to it has duel fuel just start and remote control start.

We've used both LP and gas in this generator and it has been great! Used for refrigerator, deep freezer, fiber modem/routers, space heaters, hair dryer, TV, and coffee maker!

Nice unit! Received with no problems. Will test start it tomorrow. We had a winter storm and lost power for 3 days. I decided I needed packup power.

We bought this a couple days ago because we had a winter storm. Haven't had a chance to use it just yet but are happy to know we can power our fridge and freezers and not worry about food going bad.

I bought this generator February 2nd it was easy to assemble and started easily I'm very happy I bought it and look forward to using it for many years to come
