I was excited that Brother had a sublimation printer. I have has many other brother products that stood the testbif time. But the sublimation printer. I was disappointed. The print quality was not vibrant and lack appeal.

Ink is way overpriced because they are tiny cartridges monopolized with no 3rd party ink options. Much better options out there. Small print size as well.

I purchased this product as a starter for my t-shirt business. It’s Good for small print sublimation jobs. I am struggling with how to make the designs larger on the canvas but overall! Easy to work! The set up was easy! I am pleased!

I love the printer, it's the app I'm not crazy about. It's too hard for me to use my phone, and I do not have a tablet, only a desktop pc. I really wish you could make it so I could use my desktop.

After looking into different sublimation printers, I decided to go with this brother printer because I have an inkjet printer that works flawlessly. I’m glad I went with this sublimation printer no problems so far.

I love this sublimation printer, it’s super quiet that you only hear the paper load and that’s it , it automatically cleans itself when needed on it own. My colors are beautiful and my sublimation designs come out perfect

Not comparable to any of my machines. I bought it and still haven’t used it I have to buy a whole new pc or laptop to use it so I’m still using my Cricut
