I was excited that Brother had a sublimation printer. I have has many other brother products that stood the testbif time. But the sublimation printer. I was disappointed. The print quality was not vibrant and lack appeal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the sublimation printer to help me with a project. It will do so much more than that, I just have to wait till that project is done. At that point I can play.

Love this printer. The only issue i have it the design app that comes with it. The app doesnt work on a pc computer, just mobile or tablet. Hard to use.

Would prefer to design on PC, not a fan of the app, it’s easier to design on the PC since most of us are already working on the PC with Silhouette or Cricut.

I love the printer, it's the app I'm not crazy about. It's too hard for me to use my phone, and I do not have a tablet, only a desktop pc. I really wish you could make it so I could use my desktop.

I purchased this product as a starter for my t-shirt business. It’s Good for small print sublimation jobs. I am struggling with how to make the designs larger on the canvas but overall! Easy to work! The set up was easy! I am pleased!

Easy to use. Great for a first time user. Set up was a snap. Very pleased with this printer. Pleased with the quality of the prints. I would recommend this printer.
