[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was so cool to receive. I’ve always wanted something like this. I love diying and this will come handy during the holidays when I gift people! I can’t wait to start making things.

Would prefer to design on PC, not a fan of the app, it’s easier to design on the PC since most of us are already working on the PC with Silhouette or Cricut.

Great sublimation printer. I just wished it would take the legal size paper. The printer has a setting for it but it will not fit in the paper tray and the tray closes. But all in all I have not had any issues with it. Prints in great quality.

The printer itself is pretty good. Prints vibrant colors. However, for A company like Brother, a well-known and respected company the Artspira application falls short. Please update the application

The printer itself is wonderful. But only being able to use the Art app on a mobile device isn’t convenient. If Brother turn the app into a web interface that would make this printer even better.

This printer has printed some vibrant images, is very quiet, and efficient. I have had good service from other Brother products in the past and so far I am pleased with this one as well!

The quality of the printed sublimation images leave something to be desired. I've used (4)four different brans of sublimation paper, thinking that was the culprit, but it did not improve the quality of the printed image.

I love the printer, it's the app I'm not crazy about. It's too hard for me to use my phone, and I do not have a tablet, only a desktop pc. I really wish you could make it so I could use my desktop.
