A few days after first use, I noticed a slight change and a week after that, I was in bed asleep round the same time every night. I have a hard time getting to sleep so I've been taking 1-2 gummies every night and it has helped tremendously. After taking the gummies, I fall asleep within about 10 minutes. They are chewy (not hard) and have a great flavor. I have been able to sleep all throughout the night without needing to take more. I wake up refreshed. I highly recommend these gummies!

I am a bit of a princess when it comes to falling asleep and especially stating asleep :( it's super frustrating at times. The melatonin is a natural sleep easy remedy and I'm sold. I have tried it off and on for a few weeks and each night I have gone to bed without the melatonin I'm noticing a trend of restlessness and my mind seems to wonder much more than when I take a full dose.
