Great, helps for me to get to sleep faster.

I bought more of the 5mg melatonin blackberry gummies, got home ready to take it at night and they changed the look and taste! Why??? Go back to the darker looking gummy/ blackberry, PLEASE!!

The taste is good but I think they forgot the melatonin. I've tried at least 6x. Didn't work for me. My teenager said it knocked him out. He woke up feeling tired, not well rested. He refuse to use again.

Same kind of experience that others have had in that half way through the bottle they are clumped together and I have to take a knife to break them apart.

I not only have trouble falling asleep but also staying asleep. With these I am able to fall asleep a little easier and have not woken up as much throughout the night. For me taking the gummies is fun,much better then some hard to swallow nasty tasting pill. I also like the slightly sweet taste of these. I definitely recommend this product for anyone who needs that little extra help in falling asleep.

I love the fact that they are gummies so i don't have to swallow a pill and i love the fact that they are 5 mg. The usual 3 mg aren't enough for me and i always end up taking two of them. I only need one of these. After a late night of playing basketball, i am always hyped up and need help falling asleep. This is my go to when i need help getting to sleep.
