Great, helps for me to get to sleep faster.

Same kind of experience that others have had in that half way through the bottle they are clumped together and I have to take a knife to break them apart.

The taste is good but I think they forgot the melatonin. I've tried at least 6x. Didn't work for me. My teenager said it knocked him out. He woke up feeling tired, not well rested. He refuse to use again.

I bought more of the 5mg melatonin blackberry gummies, got home ready to take it at night and they changed the look and taste! Why??? Go back to the darker looking gummy/ blackberry, PLEASE!!

I took about an hour before bedtime as label recommended and found that I really did feel sleepy and I wasn't tossing and turning to get to sleep. The taste is not bad either.
