Had an older shark pet vacuum that needed replaced. Decided to go with this one as I've always had better luck with Bissell. Shortly after getting it home I tried it out on the kitchen rug and omg the amount that it picked up was impressive. I love the extension wand, and the fact the cord is retractable. The other plus about the cord is it's actually long enough that I don't have to stop half way through vacuuming the stairs to switch outlets. It's lightweight which is another huge plus. It's clogged a few times but being able to remove the hose makes clearing it so much easier. I don't hate having to vacuum anymore.
