I vacuumed with my old vacuum then used my new Bissell CleanView Rewind vacuum right after to see how much dirt and dander my old upright was missing. The difference was astonishing! I was able to go from carpet to tile with no hang up and the CleanView even got the dirt up where the carpet meets the tile with no mess left behind! Then I used the attachments to clean where my pets hair builds up on my furniture and holy cow what a difference! My furniture looks like when I first bought it! I knew I needed a new vacuum but not this bad. Now I am sold. Bissell is the only way to go of you want all your pet dander and dirt off the floors.

Unpacking was very easy, only thing to connect was the hose to the body and place the accessories on their brackets. The vacuum is not very light but neither cumbersome to use. It replaces a Kenmore auto vacuum and a shark upright. I was very surprised to see the amount of dirt this vacuum picked up. The home was cleaned by the kenmore the day before or I thought it was...the cord is not very long so depending on the home size you might find yourself plugging and unplugging in order to vacuum the home something that personally doesn't bother me. The amount of dirt that it picked up made me think that the vacuums I have don't pick anything. A con I noticed is the inability to vacuum under tables etc. as the vacuum feels a tad bulky and doesn't fit under such areas. The cord auto rewind is very nice feature. The roll did not tangle with a bunch of hair as my shark does (2 long haired girls in the home). The brush accessory is great for removing dust from the baseboards while the vacuum takes away the dust. The couch attachment cleaned the crumbs and debris under the couch pillows in a breeze. The home has 10 foot ceilings and I am 5.2", I found myself stretching trying to reach the ceiling corners as between the hose and the hose accessory it was not long enough. Tall people will probably have no issue but fun size people might have a small challenge. Overall, if I had to purchase this vacuum I would as it has great suction and removes debris. I have vinyl and carpeted areas in my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every vac I've bought says it has edge to edge cleaning, but my Cleanview is the only one that really does. It vacs right up to the baseboard! Tremendous suction, even using the wand,! I love it's safe for my laminate floors and digital print rugs, but most of all that it helps animals. I will never buy another brand again.

It comes mostly assembled in the box and what assembly needs to be done is super easy. It has several attachments to be used in corners and on furniture. My favorite is the turbo brush. I used it on my couch and recliner and it got everything. The vacuum is light weight, which makes moving around and going up steps a breeze. The extended arm helps to reach those hard to reach areas up above, such as draperies or ceiling fans. I absolutely love this vacuum and I highly recommend it for anyone who has a pet. Or messy kids.

I've owned a Dyson and currently own a shark and I have to say, the strength of sucking is somewhat comparable which is great given the price! I also love the retractable cord. It's so easy to use! It's lightweight and moves pretty well. I also have two dogs and a car and it did pick up all the animal hair with ease. With that being said, the front is quite clunky and seems a little cheaply built. I also am not fond of how you have to bend all the way over to adjust the settings of the rolling brush. I have hardwood floors with rugs and every time I had to transition, I had to bend over to select hardwood/high pile carpet which was a bit of an annoyance. First world problems I guess lol. All in all, I do feel like it's a good product for the price

I also liked that it didn't scattered the mess like my other vacuum used to do. It also has washable filter and emptying tank is super easy for me. I also adjusted the height since me and my husband's height are different. It also help me clean top area without any hassle.

We currently have an aging Dyson and a Dirt Devil. We had just vacuumed the day before when we tried the Bissell CleanView Rewind Upright. MY GOODNESS. I was not prepared for what came out of my carpet! I wasn't prepared for this, that's for sure. I was going to do a few quick runs over the living room but when I saw what came out, I continued through the entire house and had to empty the chamber THREE times. PROs: Pulled a lot of fur and dander, easy to put together, lightweight, retractable cord (loved this part), many onboard attachments CONs: The cord was short, vacuum did not fully recline flat to the floor, attachments were on the side The PROs definitely outweigh the CONs and I'll be using this regularly! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, let me preface this by saying I have 4 animals in my house. I have 3 dogs - 2 are quite large - and 1 cat. My house is COVERED in animal hair. It is a constant battle between myself and the hair build up. This vacuum handles it beautifully, even on hard floors where a lot of vacuums just blow hair around and I end up having to sweep. I could not be happier with this and will buy another one for my downstairs soon. I also took it over a pile of spilled (clean, unused) kitty litter and had no issue. So fantastic for my home and needs.

I was very surprised by how well it transitioned from the floor to carpet and how well it kept its suction! One of my favorite features is probably the handle that comes off and acts an an extension to reach high places! It also comes with lots of attachments making it easy to get all the dirt, crumbs and pet hair from under my couch cushions and in my door frames! Bonus feature the cord is easily retractable with a button! Definitely one of my favorite vacuums I have owned.

This is one of the best vacuums I've used, I love the fact that it's not as noisy as other vacuums. This is the first vacuum that I've used with an automatic cord rewind, which saves time and is efficient. It is light weight and easy to use. It's easy to dispose of the dirt, and I love that it has an extension wand. It cleans the first time, I would definitely recommend.
