I am very please with this vacuum cleaner! First of all I prefer Bissell products because they donate to their Pet Foundation but I can also wash the filters after using the vacuum. I also love all the attachments specifically made for pet hair.

Works well , great suction on floor mode.. I just wish the head had the pivot function like a shark vacuum, but I’m getting used to it. It’s lightweight and for the price goes a good job. We use it upstairs so it’s not a daily vacuum.

The worst design for a vacuum ever. The attachments stick out so far and bump into everything. This vacuum comes with less attachments than my old vacuum. The cord doesn't self-wind properly. Very poor quality.

I bought this to replace another Bissell vacuum that I had used for years. This vacuum is several inches shorter than my original vacuum, and it hurts my back terribly. I am 5'10. I have never been more displeased with a purchase I made at Sam's.

This vacuum is really loud and rattles. The release for the hose sticks, and it doesn't come out very easy. The cord is very finicky to get to go back in, and the cord is not very long. Very poor quality for this brand.
