Good suction and light weight. The rotary brush cannot be turned off for bare floors and is extremely noisy on bare floor mode and the 2 levels above that. We found a screw that fell out of the brush assembly but could not find out where it came from. The accessory tools are poorly placed on the sides of the machine and hit furniture and fall off constantly. The cord loses 4-5 feet when clipped to top of handle to keep it out of the way from vacuuming it up. The unit is extremely hard to snap it in its upright position after vacuuming.

I didn’t realize I needed a new vacuum cleaner until I used this one for the first time. It is easy to use and very light weight. The pet brush is my favorite attachment compared to the old suction upholstery on my Shark vacuum. The retractable cord was a plus! The accessory tools do fall off the storage place while vacuuming, but that is not a deal breaker for me. Overall, satisfied with my purchase for the price.

This vacuum has such a great suction power. It will collect beyond what you expect. Will pick up all the dust, tiny pieces of crumbs or trash anything that you can’t see. Will suck up all your pet hairs lying around. Even a pair of clothing lying around. Excellent vacuum and worth the price!!!!

I can only imagine the meeting at Bissell's HQ's like this: "you know what would save us TONS of money? Let's NOT include the pointy/thin attachment with bristles...yeah, that attachment that is basically included in every single vacuum...yeah, let's make our "different", let's NOT include the most important attachment...why? Because we CAN." This REALLY unintelligent move of including three attachments, two which are the most niche possible ONLY for rugs (they can't suction a mouse's hair in normal non carpet/flooring), and no thin attachment with bristles makes this vacuum cleaner complete trash. I am TRYING to not return it, but just looking at it and knowing that I can really use it for "normal" vacuuming makes me want to throw it out of the window.

My fancy brand D**** broke and I bought this just as a gap while I figured out what vacuum to take a 2nd mortgage over. 2 days after vacuuming with that fancy one, I gave this one a run and it pulled up dirt like I hadn't vacuumed in years. Amazing! I noticed that the carpet was fluffier, stayed clean longer and over all seemed fresher. Bottom line, worth every penny. Cord recoil is nice, easy to empty bin, easy to clean. The attachments are not much, but how often do we really use those? and bonus for me, the ones from my last vacuum worked with this one.

I bought less than a year ago and all of a sudden the vacuum won’t stay up . It falls so I have to put it up against something when done if not the handle part falls. Not sure how to fix it but more than likely will have to tie something around it after I use it.

Best pet hair option I have found and I have paid the big bucks!

We got 2 and I like mine but my 85yr old mom thinks it’s a little bit too heavy for her

Good Vacuum I'd buy it again.

Works great, easy to clean
