Bissell makes a great product, but this vacuum is definitely apartment sized. From the small canister to the shorter cord, you can only vacuum one small room at a time.

Needed a light weight vacuum that helped with our pet hair hurricane. This is THE best vaccum we have ever purchased. Highly recommend for a multi-pet home!! You will love it!

Purchased this to replace my 6+year old hoover. Unfortunately, not even a full week in my house and this thing started smoking. Tried it again and the same thing happened. Had to take it back. That was not it.

First time I used the cord will not retract. Customer service of no real service. Kept referring me to stock response with parts picture. Also, directions for assembly not easy to understand.

Wouldn't work on short carpet until I turned the adjustment all the way to high. It was hard to push otherwise. In the high carpet setting it barely cleaned up anything on the carpet and you really couldn't tell it did anything.

I loved mine so much I recommended it for my son who just moved into an apartment. First vacuum collected lots of dirt and dust and the carpet was supposed to have been cleaned. He loved it!

Used it twice and the cord won’t wind back up and it is also way, too short making it a challenge without adding an extension cord. Also, adjustments are challenging… either too high and doesn’t suck up well or too low and you can’t push it.

I don't have any pets, but I wanted a vacuum with a strong suction so I thought I would give this a try. It's amazing how much more it picks up and my carpet looks and feels so much cleaner!

Honestly the suction isn't good. For pet hair it blows it around. It's very loud on hardwood floor. I don't recommend. They had it on sale so I get it. I'm retuning

When I read the reviews on this, they are excellent. So I bought one, and it did just like the one before it collected my dog's hair on the hose.The base of the hose, about six inches of it that goes into the machine. Okay, I don't know where it comes from. No, idea. Then, I bought another one exact same problem. You guys just didn't have any other ones that I could get.So unfortunately, I have the same problem. This is a manufacturer issue. Four machines and same issue. Same spot and about the same amount of hair.
