I like that the vacuum is lightweight and it does a good job at picking up the dirt. My only concern is that the brush doesn't stop turning when in an upright position or when using the attachments. We got the vacuum on sale so it was certainly a good deal.

I had just vacuumed my living room and hallway when my old vacuum died. 2 days later I purchased this vacuum and decided to try it right away. I could not believe the dirt that it sucked up out of the carpet! 1 1/2 containers…The old vacuum clearly wasn’t doing the job I thought it was doing!! I absolutely love this vacuum!

Works well but you cant turn off rollers...be careful where you set it to use the wand. I damaged a thick pile rug!

We have one Bissell Pet Hair eraser product and wanted another light unit to use upstairs. Saw this one and knew it would do the trick - and it does.

I usually go for the expensive vacuums but saw this at Sam’s and decided to buy, I just used it for the first time and it works better than my old $275 dollar one. Like it really sucks up the dirt. Very happy with my purchase.

Wouldn't work on short carpet until I turned the adjustment all the way to high. It was hard to push otherwise. In the high carpet setting it barely cleaned up anything on the carpet and you really couldn't tell it did anything.

Bissell makes a great product, but this vacuum is definitely apartment sized. From the small canister to the shorter cord, you can only vacuum one small room at a time.

Purchased this to replace my 6+year old hoover. Unfortunately, not even a full week in my house and this thing started smoking. Tried it again and the same thing happened. Had to take it back. That was not it.

I don't have any pets, but I wanted a vacuum with a strong suction so I thought I would give this a try. It's amazing how much more it picks up and my carpet looks and feels so much cleaner!

From the first release of the “retractable” cord one could tell it wasn’t goi g to work long. The vacuum worked fine. But the cord would never retract. It was retuned.
