Just bought this to replace my shark. Great on hardwood and bare floors and wonderful for pet hair. A little bulky in terms of size and attachments are awkward for furniture. Would recommend highly for someone with dogs or cats that shed that has lots of hardwood, for someone who is going to be using the hose attachment a lot on furniture, I might look around first.

Very, very basic vacuum. I needed something to get by with for the time being, really wished I would have saved my money. It does an ok job, have to manually adjust for floor/carpet type and even after changing the setting, it would often suck itself to the floor and become impossible to move. Very short power cord, constantly having to move cord to plug into different outlets. Tools won't stay on the vacuum, they randomly fall off.

Good price point . Long cord and retractable a plus . Coming from a house with animals this vacuum is light weight with some good features but the hose is not long enough for the stairs . The motor sounds bogged down and not enough suction to draw in pet hair along the baseboards. I will continue to use it on furniture and bare floors until it dies but will go back to the shark .

I like that the vacuum is lightweight and it does a good job at picking up the dirt. My only concern is that the brush doesn't stop turning when in an upright position or when using the attachments. We got the vacuum on sale so it was certainly a good deal.

I am pleased with the performance of this vacuum. The only thing that displeased me is I paid full price for this vac and the very next day, it went on sale for $30 off. Sam’s would not refund the difference. I learned to late that I should have returned this one, then bought a new one at the sell price.

I been looking for a light weight good vacuum. I finally found it. I love this vacuum. Was easy to essemble. I love the retractable cord and its suction is amazing. I regularly swept and mopped my floors. I was surprised at how much dirt this thing sucked up. Well worth the price.

The vacuum is lighter than my old Shark Navigator, which makes me more inclined to use it for small jobs. It is great on my wood floors. Only complaints are that the tools fall off the holders too easily and that the rewind function is already malfunctioning.

I bought this vaccum after having an upright Dyson for 10 years. I have two cats that shed a lot. My old vacuum seemed like it wasn't getting all the hair and debris up anymore dispute changing the filters. So I looked at getting the bissell since it said it could pick up pet hair and dander. I also didn't want to spend a lot of money on another Dyson. I brought this home and it was amazing at just how much hair, dust, dirt, sand, and dander it picked up. I had just vacuumed the day before bringing this home and when I used this bissell for the first time it picked up so much that was deep down in the carpet that I had to empty the dirt container 2 times for just a 20x12 room. I also love how it comes with the pet attachments that make vacuuming the pet tree a breeze. It also has a long extension handle to reach high places as well as getting pet hair off the steps. I am very happy with my purchase and was so pleased to see that Sam's had this vacuum on sale for $100. I couldn't be happier.

I had a cordless dyson vacuum for many years and it never cleaned great and the battery finally died. Getting this new Bissell I realized how dirty my floors had been this whole time! Completely happy with the vacuum!

From the first release of the “retractable” cord one could tell it wasn’t goi g to work long. The vacuum worked fine. But the cord would never retract. It was retuned.
