I was excited to find the vacuum on sale, but it would cut off about 5 minutes after I started using it and wouldn’t turn back on for an hour or so. Maybe an overheating issue?? But I took it back to Sam’s with the hope of exchanging, thinking maybe I just got a bad one. But I was told they don’t do exchanges, and it was no longer on sale. I only had it a little over a week. I’m extremely disappointed in Sam’s!! I’ve been a member for many years.

Works great

We've only had it for a month, but so far it has been working great. It is easy to dump the dirt out of it.

The vacuum is good on flat surfaces, however, very cumbersome and awkward on stairs. Attachments are not secured while using.

There was a question concerning the price. I bought on sale but possibly overcharged. I am waiting for statement

Vacuum works great and love the additional attachments making it easy to get to hard to reach places! Wors amazing for us dog owners!

worthwhile expense. dyson crapped out and became too expensive to repair/maintain. took a shot with this "cheaper" model. works good!

Not the best, not the worst. I like the retractable cord. I don't like how short the cord is, how cheap the vacuum feels, and where the power button is. I miss my Shark, but tbf, it was at the $275 price point, not $100.

I love this vacuum! It picks up all the dirt and dog hair that I thought my other vacuum was getting. It leave my carpet plush and clean. Worth every cent paid.
