Why don’t you ask the person who scammed my Sam’s Club app and took two PS5s and a controller on my scan and go in another state????!!!! I live in Ohio and this was purchased along with another PS5 console and controller in the state of Virginia. My review is that Sams Club did not care at all when I reported the fraud and it has never been followed up on in any way shape or form. I called the store that it happened and I called my local store and I called the 800 number and no one cared. It was the worst handling of a fraud that cost me almost $1200. My bank provisionally credited me but the investigation is ongoing with my bank and it is not resolved. So I may have to end up paying for it. Where were you Sam’s on treating your actual customer (me) with respect instead of sending me an email asking me to review an item that was theft from someone using my scan and go app in another state! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
