I was told to buy a brand new PlayStation with a disc version and it was a good idea ordering used to stuff is not the way to go because Playstation only has a year warranty and if the PlayStation you're buying is used or refurbished and then it comes with the notification of whenever it was bought the first time keep an eye out PlayStation 5 brand new five stars though

I've been waiting for a PlayStation 5 since the day they were released unfortunately life happens and I was never able to get one until now and was able to order it and have it at my door at the very next day the pricing point is very competitive with all other companies and as far as the quality goes I mean come on it's a PS5 don't get much better right now

all you hear about are the features that have been added to the PlayStation 5, what they don't tell you about other features that they have gotten rid of. I prefer a PlayStation because of the free games with PlayStation Plus subscription so I figured I'd be completely satisfied with this product.. unfortunately I learned that PlayStation 5 no longer has an internet browser and because I want this one single feature that they eliminated I have changed back to Xbox

My first PS5. It's totally backwards compatible with PS4 which is why I decided to take the plunge. That and to play CF25 when it comes out in July 2024. I have only played PS4 games so far and they look and work great, same as PS4. It is a super nice DVD player, great picture. Very easy setup. Not crazy about it being white but that's not a choice. Overall 5 stars!

Its an okay system, the only thing I don't like about the casing is not being able to set it horizontal. The system itself runs fine all be it the UI is confusing at first, Sony should definitely have left the UI alone, making it the same as or slightly different from the PS4 UI menu. My favorite addition to the system is the recording timer on the overlaying pause menu, this was a feature sorely lacking on the PS4.

My 3 star rating reflects my opinion more on our local Walmart than it actually does the PS5 system itself. I would give the system a 5 out of 5 stars, but our local Walmart gave me a box that was opened and someone attempted to reseal it. At first glance everything appeared there, and hooking the system up everything worked as it should. But afterward we found out the horizontal stands were missing, and after checking the box and packing 4 times there were no signs of them. Our local Walmart has really gone down hill in quality and this will be my last electronics purchase there.

I am very happy with my purchase of the play station 5. I purchased this for my 10 year old Grand Daughter and to see the joy in her face upon receiving the gift is priceless. I would recommend Walmart to all of my friends and family as a store to provide all of your needs whether it is food person hygiene clothing or electronics Walmart will meet your needs.

Pick up was pretty smooth. I received a ps5 and the god of war game. The disc was not secured in the disk case but seems like there isn’t really any damage. I’ll definitely know for sure once I attempt to play the game. I haven’t yet opened up the PS5 box once I do I will see if all items are in there and the game is functioning properly too. I’ve seen reviews about missing items and used game system so let’s see if my luck is different. I’ll update guys later.

bought this to surprise my son... literally did not work. went and bought an hdmi chord and still didnt work. came to return it and the lady acted like i had for a long time and had an attitude. going to get another one somewhere else!! i will never buy any eletronics here again!!

I’m a gamer, played on the original PlayStation consoles. Played on the original Xbox consoles as well. I usually get my consoles from pawn shops or eBay/amazon but I didn’t want to wait for 3-5 days to have it and I wanted it to be New. Not used not refurbished. So got the ps5 and it’s really good just the game crashing is my concern. My physical games run far longer than the digital ones. I can play CoD( physical game) for endless hours with no disruption but digital games is after hour n half the game just freeze and then there’s an error. Now I’ve done all the troubleshooting steps and still nothing works. Leads me to believe it’s a hardware issue and as great that sounds I never got the extended warranty through Walmart to have it be replaced. But with that being the only issue I really have no other complaints. Its a great console
