when you put a disc in it it's really loud call to let the people know if I can get exchanged but they're trying to give me a refund the thing is I gave it to my sister's kid and I would have to drive over an hour to go get a new one and replace it and wait for it to get a new one so I'm not really worth it

Purchased this as a gift for someone! As this is about the third ps5 I’ve purchased can honestly say it’s one of my favorite consoles by the PlayStation. Everything about the design is awesome. The gaming remote is well designed and easy to use. The console itself runs without any problems and the design is superb! Games look phenomenal. Highly suggest if you’re a gamer!!

i got this finally and hooked it up on feb 29 2024 unfortunately my house got caught on fire by someone and it burned to the ground aling with this ps5 on march 27 2024 so i almosr had it a month and my insurance did not cover arson. maybe one day i can get another one

I got my PlayStation back in December of last year and I think within like three weeks my controller already has a stick drift. I don’t know if I can return the main controller and the controller that I bought as well back to Walmart or get a new controllers

If you are a gamer, this is the console for you. Never mind the graphics, which are great, the refresh rate is just amazing. I haven't had any loading or freezing delays while playing. Not one. I am a PVE player and can tell you after about 50hours of play that I am extremely pleased with this purchase. Would do it again.

My girlfriend loves her new PS5! Store 3828 went above and beyond when selecting and preparing it for pickup, and Jeff was just the coolest darn Dispenser I've ever met! He was very friendly and funny to boot! 10/10 experience. I'll definitely be shopping here again!

This unit was a Christmas gift for my nephew. I have been sick and didn't give him the gift until Feb 1, 2025. It has only been a week and the unit isn't working correctly. He keeps getting a green screen. I have never had any issues with my Walmart purchases in the past. We are very surprised by this.
