[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven looks very sleek and sophisticated with it’s ambient light. It has everything that you can need in an oven and functions you never thought you needed. First of the smart functionality of the range is really impressive, with the smart things app, I can monitor every aspect of the range, whether it’s to remotely turn it on/off or create custom modes depending on what I’m cooking to the best part - watching what’s cooking inside the oven from my phone. The camera monitoring feature was something that I love and can’t believe haven’t had my entire life. The oven is great and heats ups pretty fast, the bake, convection and Air fry functionality is top notch. I like that it looks minimalist and doesn’t have any knobs. You can control everything via the touchscreen display, you can even watch videos on there. The matte top is really nice too, which makes clean up a lot easier than a conventional oven. I didn’t know I needed an induction range. It boils waters in seconds, it’s shocking how fast it is. The only thing I wish was that you could still open the range door manually, you have to use a button to open it which could potentially cause problems if the touch buttons stop working. As well as waking it up via the power button, it takes quite some time to wake it up. Outside of that the oven has been great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought is 2 months ago. Some improvements can still be done. For example, missing the hour on the top of each menu of the screen. It is a very important info. Also the screen saver should be always turned on or at least able to be configurated. After a while, the equipment turn it off! When you clean the glass area, the oven door open itself because you clean the the image...should be corrected or small idea to avoid it (2 click to open it for example) Also on the menu mode, some receipe are available but impossible to get them on the screen! Overall the equipment makes the job but the display and the menu not enough well designed, thought or tested! Are the Samsung enginneer who developed the product cook themselves?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great induction range with many upgraded features. First since it's a flat top, it's so much easily to clean. It's not like your traditional range where you can just open the oven door manually, you have to press a button. It's nice but I hope that holds up for a long time. The white glass looks great in the white kitchen and is an easy clean. The technology it has is amazing. The touchscreen can provide you recipes as well as entertainment. I love the smart things app. You can control the range within the app and you can view your food as it is cooking due to camera. The induction range heats up the food pretty quickly and I like that you won't burn your hands if you accidently touch the flat tip. I highly recommend this induction range to anyone.

I’m 86 years old, a widow of a disabled veteran, living on my own. I bought a Samsung 60-inch 5-burner electric stove from Lowe’s in Cypress, TX, and in July the oven failed. Samsung sent a technician who falsely claimed the motherboard was ruined by roaches—completely untrue. He didn’t fix it, canceled my service ticket, and Samsung refused further help unless I hired an exterminator I didn’t need. I had to pay my own technician, who confirmed the stove needs a new motherboard or replacement. This has been exhausting and unfair. Samsung products and customer service have been nothing but a nightmare.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new range. The main burner works great and heats food quickly and precisely from the induction. The small burners are much slower, but still better than glass top heating elements.
