It's not like your traditional range where you can just open the oven door manually, you have to press a button. It's nice but I hope that holds up for a long time. The white glass looks great in the white kitchen and is an easy clean. The technology it has is amazing. The touchscreen can provide you recipes as well as entertainment. I love the smart things app. You can control the range within the app and you can view your food as it is cooking due to camera. The induction range heats up the food pretty quickly and I like that you won't burn your hands if you accidently touch the flat tip. I highly recommend this induction range to anyone.

I had the same issue as others in which the screen lock button does not function properly. I called Samsung and they said I could have a replacement and now they are giving me the run-around. I not only do not recommended this product, but I also do not recommend Samsung support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought is 2 months ago. Some improvements can still be done. For example, missing the hour on the top of each menu of the screen. It is a very important info. Also the screen saver should be always turned on or at least able to be configurated. After a while, the equipment turn it off! When you clean the glass area, the oven door open itself because you clean the the image...should be corrected or small idea to avoid it (2 click to open it for example) Also on the menu mode, some receipe are available but impossible to get them on the screen! Overall the equipment makes the job but the display and the menu not enough well designed, thought or tested! Are the Samsung enginneer who developed the product cook themselves?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems like a silly thing to love, but the lack of knobs is great. I always found knobs to be hard to clean. Issue solved. I really like the inductive cooking. Very fast and very precise. Was not sure about the flat look top, but it is so easy to clean, and it looks great. The Bespoke look is perfect, and is a perfect match for the micro range and fridge. The simmer button works and makes cooking soups easy. Induction means it is easy to keep the top cool as only the pot gets hot. So cool. Anther cool feature id the ability to link two burners to make a long, large burner. Never saw this feature before. I like the indirect lighting as well. nice to have a nightlight built in. The Smart things app is great. Love using the camera to actually see the food cooking in the oven. You can turn on or off the top and oven. Remote control means you never have to worry if you left the oven on. So many modes and features. Air fry is quick and healthy. Modes for bread make that easy as well. All in all this is the perfect tool to cook with. I would recommend to anyone. Did I mention that it looks great!

Literally bought and had a unit delivered on Monday 8/12. The touchscreen arrived defective and we had to have a replacement sent. The replacement arrived today and the touchscreen is almost entirely non-responsive. I can’t push the button to even power on/off the unit. I’m on hold as we speak with Samsung—they’re telling me that because they already sent a replacement, I’d have to pay for another??? This is insane. The original delivery wasn’t even 7 days ago. And two units with the same exact issue! Not to mention that I’ve had to order meals for my family this entire week, which has cost us nearly $1000 in total for one week.
