Great way to easily take your daily mag.

I can only take so many pills, so the chewables really help me be able to take all of my supplements.

OK taste, seems to be digestible without causing diarrhea (I have Crohn's disease), but have to wait to see the effectiveness with blood tests.

Really delicious gummies! Hard to just take two. Any magnesium citrate product may have a laxative effect, so watch out for that.

I love the berry flavor of these Magnesium gummies! And they are not real sweet like a lot of other gummies I have tried.

Gummies are all stuck together and leaves your fingers sticky and need to be washed. They also have too many carbs that I shouldn’t be consuming.
