Too sweet for my mom. After taste for my son and to me I like it. It is very convenient to chew it rather than needing water to swallow it.

Gummies are all stuck together and leaves your fingers sticky and need to be washed. They also have too many carbs that I shouldn’t be consuming.

Really delicious gummies! Hard to just take two. Any magnesium citrate product may have a laxative effect, so watch out for that.

While the gummies are very good, it has too much sugar. Recommend to limit addition of sugar especially added sugar

2 Gummies before bed have really improved my sleep. Also has lessened severity and frequency of leg cramps. The only downside is the amount of sugar on the gummies. Overkill and not necessary, the gummies taste okay without it.
