2 Gummies before bed have really improved my sleep. Also has lessened severity and frequency of leg cramps. The only downside is the amount of sugar on the gummies. Overkill and not necessary, the gummies taste okay without it.

Very pleased with this supplement. I was having muscle cramps at night waking me up in pain. My chiropractor told me to take magnesium citrate and I purchased Qunal and no more muscle cramps.

The taste is not very good and the consistency is chalky. These are not as tasty as the Qunol CoQ10 gummies. My husband said you missed the boat on these! I’ll take them only because I don’t like swallowing large pills.

These gummies are pleasant tasting. They have a delish taste but do not contain the amount of sugar that others do.. They are better than the other brands.
