BEWARE - this product is a laxative! I had been taking magnesium and it helps my arthritis pain more than you can imagine. But if you Google magnesium citrate, the definition of this is a laxative you use for a short period of time. Nowhere on the bottle does it say anything about side effects or anything about the affect it has on your body. I took it for 4 days and had major bowel issues but I thought it was because of something I ate. I told my doctor I was taking it and she said "it can cause bowel problems" - and THEN I knew why I had been suffering. I stopped taking it 8 days ago and I still have issues. I can't believe there is nothing on this about what it really is and what it does to your body. But magnesium helps me a lot - just not the "citrate"!

I do not like gummies, and so this was a surprise to me. I ordered these because my magnesium was low, and I needed to bring it up. So, I decided to give them a try, but I really didn't want to. To my surprise they were great tasting. The have a subtle orange taste that is not overwhelming. The texture is not rubbery like I was expecting, and it was more like melt in your mouth. So, now I am ordering more.

I love the orange gummy flavor but be cautious around children, they taste like candy

Horrendous!! They stick together to where it looks like jam. The capsules are as bad since they are like horse pills. Will never buy again.

Very pleased with this supplement. I was having muscle cramps at night waking me up in pain. My chiropractor told me to take magnesium citrate and I purchased Qunal and no more muscle cramps.
