OK taste, seems to be digestible without causing diarrhea (I have Crohn's disease), but have to wait to see the effectiveness with blood tests.

Gummies are all stuck together and leaves your fingers sticky and need to be washed. They also have too many carbs that I shouldn’t be consuming.

Too sweet for my mom. After taste for my son and to me I like it. It is very convenient to chew it rather than needing water to swallow it.

I do not find these to help me sleep. They do help some with muscles. They taste great. I like that they have real sugar & no sugar substitutes (which I'm allergic) & none of that disgusting gelatin.

Slimy and wet is the best way to describe the Magnesium gummies. I've used this product before and really liked it but the last 3 time I've bought them, over the last year, they are slimy wet and gooey. The first time I thought it was just a one off, maybe one bad batch. But it can't be the same bad batch for that many times. I can't stand it any more. I still get the CoQ10 gummies because they are just fine. But no more Magnesium, I just can't do slimy wet gummies any more! And It is so disappointing. I keep hoping that they will fix the problem because i want them to be what they were. But wanting doesn't change what is.

Love this product. My doctor told me to take these to help prevent leg cramps. I haven't had the cramps so much ever since I started taking them. The citrus flavor is absolutely fantastic. These taste so much better when Sam's Club runs a sale on them. I'm out again...any sales coming up soon?
