Very nice. Looks good and works good. I just wish they could simulate some crackling Wood noises. That would go good with the fake fire.

We have been more than happy with this purchase. We were so relieved it didn't require any assembly and its beautiful in our home.

I absolutely love my fireplace. Customer service was awesome to work with as well. The fan started making a squealing noise and they are replacing fireplace with a brand new one. Hopefully this one won’t squeal.

Nicely made unit but fireplace is louder than other units I've had. Stays on for a bit after turning off and not sure if it's supposed to be this way. Store did not have a display so couldn't check beforehand.

The first delivery was damaged but Sam's quickly replaced it and the second was perfect. It matches my home decor and we have loved the fireplace. However, after just one year of use the fireplace is no longer working. The fan has locked up and I am sadly disappointed. I am wondering if there is an option to get the fireplace replaced?
