This was my second shipment. My first media fireplace was all broken. It looked like it fell off the truck! Delivery driver took pictures even! So it took another 2 to 3 weeks to get this one ! I do love the quiet fireplace and that it was fully assembled.

Beautiful piece of furniture, but it came without shelves. The only option Sam's offered was to 1. Pack it back up myself (this was shipped via freight truck) and send back and they would send a new one or 2. Give me a $50 credit for the shelves. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the shelves were not there until it was all unpacked and set in place. Have yet to see the credit. The infrared heater does not heat as well as my last fireplace unit

Great quality. The drawers & doors are soft close which is really nice. Like that the shelf placement is adjustable. Lots of storage room. Much bigger & sturdier than I thought it would be from the picture. Really exceeded our expectations. Especially for the price. I was worried because some reviews said it was noisy, it is not every noisy other than when the heater is turning off will have a slight crackling noise while cooling down but is not bad. Heater warms up very fast. Has timer & alao turns off automatically when temp or time set is met. So many different settings for things like flame color, speed, brightness. The remote is very easy to use. Also can be controlled with an app on your phone and turning bluetooth on. But we didnt try that, we just use the remote. We have been looking for a fireplace we liked for years, so glad we waited for this one. It really makes our living room more cozy.

The product itself is amazing. However when we got it home the whole back was broken and the drawer on the right side was broken and didn't come with a track to put the drawer in . I assume this is from the employees loading it with a fork lift.

Well-made and sturdy. Had some issues with shipping, first delivery was damaged, but they replaced it. Love the grey color finish. Keeps the house warm and inviting.

Attractive electric fireplace, but the heater was very important to me and it produces far less heat than I hoped. It’s a nice addition to the study, but is unable to warm the room.

Love it!! Basically was fully assembled with the exception of the shelves. Just unboxed it and placed it under the TV. You will need help moving it, lol, and a dolly but that's about it.

Product came damage from shipping campany. Brought the production plan, they would not help. Customer service at Sam's club terrible, tried to get a replacement, bought on sale, they kept telling me my product was no longer in stock even though I could see it online. Because the item number had change with the sale number they wanted me to purchase it at the higher price to get it replaced.
