It’s absolutely beautiful in our living room. I gave it 4 stars because it came with a broken drawer. They gave us a different drawer from the store but it doesn’t open properly.

Nice and sturdy. Shipped to me fully assembled and was not terribly difficult to unpack. Heater works good and makes the room feel cozy. Looked at a lot of these but didn’t want the hassle of assembly and the $599 price was decent.

Delivered on time without damage. Beautiful presentation with sturdy draws and cabinets. Remote control is easier to use than app (IMO). Nice selection of flame colors - would recommend company add additional height selection to flame but at the highest setting it is acceptable. The marketing of heat coverage of 1000 square feet is exaggeration, closer to 400. Very satisfied overall. Would recommend.

I had been in search of an electric fireplace to give my home a cozier feel. I had looked at this several times, but seeing it in store sealed the deal! To my surprise, it comes fully assembled! If picking up in store, be sure to have a large vehicle and some help. It weighs 200+ lbs. other than that it’s ready to go. My 3 year old even knows how to work it and make the flames blue and he likes.

This unit weighs 225lbs according to the box, so be sure to have help. It does come assembled, which was great! We have had for a few weeks now, and really love it! Seems very solid! We got the grey color. One feature we like is the panel behind the media shelf is magnetic and so easy to remove and replace to adjust your cords. Fireplace can be used with or without heat. Has several different light/color settings. We are very pleased and would highly recommend!

This fireplace TV console matches my current furniture so well is the reason why I purchased it and as an added bonus the fireplace. Its really sturdy and heavy so I had to hire a moving company to get it upstairs. Couple of issues, no shelves came with it as advertised and when the fireplace starts to cool down after an hour it sounds like it’s going to explode with crackling and popping noises which makes you think it’s about to fall apart.

Exactly what I needed. Perfect. To those reviewers saying it was missing the shelves, they are packaged in the back on top of the heater assembly.

It is a nice looking cabinet and larger than it looks and extremely heavy. I do wish the heating element was better as it does not heat a whole room, I can only really feel the heat close up, also it would have been really nice if the unit made crackling noises to mimic a real wood burning fireplace.

This entertainment center is awesome. Use it often. Takes the chill out within minutes. Warms a large area with the built in thermostat, set the temperature and will shut off when that temp is reached. Color of flames can be changed easily. All controlled by remote!

The unit itself is a good looking unit. The heater in it has more realistic looking flames than the one we had before this one. The heater isn’t as strong as our old one. I would say that the packaging was done well. Now I read reveiws where the delivery service wasn’t good and we had a very bad delivery experience. The first one we received had forklift fork holes in the top of it. Sams customer service wasn’t easy to maneuver around and our call got dropped like 6 times but we got an option to get a new one delivered or to go to the nearst Sams that had one in stock and get another one. Since we seen where other folks had bad experiences with the delivery we decided to go to the store that had one in stock and exchange it. The store manager was absolutely amazing. He didn’t have to take the damaged one back but he did. He actually helped me unload the old one and helped me load the new one. So beautiful unit is well worth the cost. Awesome flames Heater not as strong as it brags but not bad. Sams customer service when you call is not great but if you’re patient and persistent you can work thru the issues. The Sams Club in Bartlett Tn just outside of Memphis is amazing (North West of Memphis) is absolutely awesome. Tv console itself 4,5 Sams call in customer service is a 2 The delivery service is a 0 in my book Bartlett Tn store is 5 stars. Great clean store. Well managed, Clean, all the staff was helpful. I think corporate Sams should buy everyone there a pretzel and soda.
