[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scratchy side of the sponge works great on things like my sink, the bottoms of pans, and other things that won't let bits of food get stuck in the scrubby green mesh. I don't like food to get stuck, so I don't use it on pans that have food stuck to them, but that's just me. I like that it doesn't scratch my porcelain sink, or the bottoms of pans. Disclosure: I was sent this sponge in order to get my honest opinion about it.

I have been using scotch brite scrub sponges for many years. I rely on them when ever I clean anything. The sponge side is great for anything you do not want to scratch and the scrub side is wonderful on stainless steel or even soft enough for teflon type pots and pans. I would use nothing else.

My family has used these products forever, and I can remember using Scotch Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponge when I was very young cleaning up the kitchen counters and pots and pans and other hard to clean items. They last for a long time and I often have to remember to change them when they start getting funky. I just move the old one to under the sink and the one under the sink goes to the garage for my husband to use.

I love these heavy duty scrubber sponges, they never scratch my pots or pans, they last quite a long time between replacing and disinfect very easily in just 1 minute in the microwave! I have even put them through the washer and found that also extends use between having to replace them. No other brand can stand up to Scotch-Brite, they are worth every penny.

I have and use your heavy duty sponges almost every single day. They work great and even get coffee stains and other difficult to remove stains off of my kitchen counters and wherever else in the kitchen I need to use them as on the fridge. Our dishwasher cleans them well every time I was them. My hint is to place them on the top rack of my dishwasher. This way, they get desinfected with each wash and are like brand new all over again. I do use a wondeful kitchen cleaner which is a well known product while I am cleaning with your Scotch Brite Heavy Duty Sponges. I also use them on my pots and pans as well as on the stove and all my kitchen appliances. I do use the more soft side for those areas. I would like to buy your sponges with the handles to help my hands from getting the detergents on them. I'm sure that all of your products are wonderful and I intend to purchase all of them some day as needed. Love these sponges, handy having a scrubber already at hand when doing dishes. I've even used them to do drywall repairs with spackling, great for sanding the spackle, and use the damp sponge side to smooth out for a finished touch. Great for cleaning smooth stove tops too.

I love this product! I purchase the largest package I can find. It is the sponge I use every day. The yellow side is fine for delicate items and the green side really gets off baked-on food. I keep two Scotch-Brite pads in my kitchen - one for food and one for non-food items like garden tools or flower pots.

I have used these scruber sponges for years and recently I noticed that they are coming apart. The sponge is separating away from the scruber. When it happened the first time, I thought nothing of it, but it keeps happening over and over. Maybe the company has changed their bonding material, but I want back my old scrubbers that never came apart. I have one right now I'll gladly send you so you can see it for yourself.

I really like these sponges. We eat a lot of melted cheese - and if you have ever melted cheese in the microwave you know how difficult it is to get it off the plate. These sponges are the only product I have found that works as well without scratching.

I use this product daily and love it! My pots and pans clean up much more quickly and it doesn't require much scrubbing . I'm really thrilled that it doesn't damage or scratch my stainless cookware, so I keep a large supply on hand so I don't ever run out!
