I LOVE these things! I never buy anything else to clean my kitchen and bathroom. They last forever, and if I want to disinfect them--I just pop them in the microwave for 3:30 minutes or in the dishwasher. I use the blue scrubbers in the kitchen, and the green ones in the bathroom. They are great! Been using them for years now, and don't plan on stopping. Thank You!

HI ALL!! DEAR SCOTCH BRITE, I FIRST CAUGHT A RAY OF LIGHT OF YOUR FIRST (WELL-MY FIRST) PRODUCT WHEN I WAS YOUNGER.. MY MOM WOULD HAVE ME WASH THE DISHES MOST OF THE TIME. NOT MY OLDER OR YOUNGER SIBLINGS, ME! THE MIDDLE CHILD. I WASHED THE DISHES SO MANY TIMES THAT I BEGAN TO NOT MIND. EVERY TIME MY MOM WOULD OPEN A NEW PACK OF THE PADS I SAW THE NAME. LET ME TELL YOU, THAT HAS STUCK TO ME LIKE GLUE!! THE NICE BRITE..BRIGHT PACKAGING ON THE BRAND NEW PRODUCT!! ANYHOW, SO WHEN I FIRST NEEDED TO DO DISHES ON MY OWN, I WENT TO THE STORE, TRIED VARIOUS KINDS OF SPONGES, BUT CAME BACK TO THIS BRAND! NOW BUY VARIOUS PRODUCTS OF 3M & LOVEEEE THESE SPONGES!!! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO COMPARISON WHATSOEVER TO THE LOOK ALIKE/SIMILAR SPONGES!! THE ONLY SIMILARITY IS THE LOOK A-LIKE COLOR REALLY! I DO NOT MIND THE MINIMAL DIFFERENCE IN THE COST.. SCOTCH BRITE SCRUB PAD LAST MUCH LONGER THAN OTHERS, IS MORE HEAVY DUTY..THICKER.., SOAP SEEMS TO STAY IN IT BETTER AS WELL! IF I THINK OF MORE REASONS(WHICH THERE ARE), I'LL POST A REVIEW AGAIN! I have tried a lot of others, but this is the only one that get's the job done in everything I do. It is strong enough for use in the bathroom, washing floors by hand etc. I love this product. Also, it lasts a long time, not like those "white sponges."

If you have hobbies you might want to get at least a 6 pack, because you'll find yourself using them in all kinds of ways. Cycling, yard equipment and auto maintenance, arts and crafts, not to mention cleaning around the house! Which is why I say you need quite a few, once you get oil and grease on them, paint, or use one on plumbing you won't want to have to use it to clean the microwave again!

I have been buying Scotch Brite for many years. For a number of years I couldn't keep one though. My son was riding competition dirt bikes and every time I turned around he was stealing them to clean the mud and dirt from his motorcycle. Anyway, I don't see how anyone can live without them. Obviously, we can't.

I lovvvvve these sponges for cleaning the house, because they not only of course are tough enough to scrub a bathtub or tile floor clean, they are great on gently scrubbing marks off the painted white walls without ruining the finish, and most amazingly ---- its the only type of scrubber that reacts with metals in a way that all others do not -- when I use it to scrub the sink drain ring at teh bottom of sinks and tubs, it removes all the tarnish in seconds! No other scrubby does it that way. I truly think there is some chemical reaction that happens because its so fast! So that is what makes these sponges with the green backing so special to me!

I use this product daily and love it! My pots and pans clean up much more quickly and it doesn't require much scrubbing . I'm really thrilled that it doesn't damage or scratch my stainless cookware, so I keep a large supply on hand so I don't ever run out! Thanks so much for a high quality sponge that actually lives up to it's claims!

I've been using this product for years. I tried a few others, because they were on sale and they just didn't compare to this one. The scrubber side of the sponge is great. It cleans up tough messes from pots, pans, and my countertops. I've never noticed it scratch anything either. It's a great sponge.

The perks are no rusty mess after I use these, and no metal shrapnel and no metal splinters to dig out f my fingers. These are great for paint and body work prep too!

This was the first time I used a Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty sponge and I was completely happy with the outcome. Usually I purchase whatever is the most economical but this time I chose to try Scotch-Brite. The sponge held up great with all my cleaning and surpassed my expectations.With the other brands my sponge fell apart and I ended up buying replacements. I'll definitely be adding the heavy duty sponge to my growing list of Scotch-Brite products.
