[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All around great product! The green side is the scouring side. It removes tough baked on food from my expensive pans without scratching them. The other side is a lot softer but has great scrubbing power also. I use the soft side to remove lipstick from my drinking glasses. I have always loved and used Scotch Brite for all of my cleaning needs because the product is so durable and reliable

We always have these in our kitchen. They are great a clearing up about anything. Of course they are not meant to clean surfaces which may scratch, but otherwise we use them to clean everything else. They work great in the garage - cleaning tools, surfaces, parts of our cars.

Used it a few times on pots with (what I would call normal cooked foods), then tried it on a pot that we had cooked grits and cheese in and it worked very well. Had to rinse the grits and cheese from the sponge, but it did the job. FYI, just have to be careful an not use with "non-stick" pots and pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this on a number of things that are harder to clean. I have an older frig with the kind of textured type handles (white). It cleaned that up nicely. It's invaluable in the kitchen for the scrubbing jobs. I would recommend several b/c of cross contamination. It also works great on outdoor things, grills, furniture. I even tried it on the dogs nylon collar-after I soaked and rubbed it there was still some areas that were not quite clean and the sponge took it right off! It was especially efficient on things that weren't real smooth-such as the frig handles and dog collar. It took way less elbow grease to receive better results. And the scrubbiness of the sponge meant being able to use less chemical cleaners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Scotch-Brite HD scrub sponge is a unique tool. I do keep one around in the kitchen, but honestly I mostly keep them near my tools and paint supplies. To me it's a bit rough for most daily dish washing tasks as it can leave scratches, but I like it for pots & pans with stubborn cooked on messes as it is my go to. I like to use these for tool clean-ups and a quick surface prep on metals for paint touch-ups. I must for the bar-b-que grill. When done, rinse, then throw the sponge on the top shelf of the dishwasher for repeated use. I received samples of the sponges with a curved shape. Not sure if I prefer this to a rectangular shape, but either way the do the job well.

When the wrapper said "heavy duty" it meant it. I have used the heavy duty scrub sponges on the floor, walls, toilet, sink, pots and pans and car. I bought the multi pack of the scrub sponges and now have them in the kitchen, every bathroom in the house, laundry room, and in the garage and they wear like iron.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These sponges are great! They do get off, stuck on, cooked on food off my pans without scratching my pans. I only used them on metal though, not nonstick, so I don’t know if they scratch. And they don’t smell after use.

I have tried many different dish washing sponges, cloths, towels, etc. but the only one I am happy using is this small yellow and green sponge. It gets every dish clean from the easiest to the toughest. You just use the scrubber side or the soft side and you've got them all covered. I then wash them out, fill them with fresh water and nuke them in the microwave for three minutes to kill any lingering germs, then pop it in the draining basket on the wall for the next time I have to do dishes. Every couple of days I toss one and grab another. I buy them in bulk at warehouse stores. I use another for gently washing and sometimes scrubbing our chicken eggs for our egg business. It's perfect for washing the eggs with water alone so I don't have to ruin their organic nature. Works beautifully!

I’m not sure about all the negative reviews, but I’ve used these sponges for years and years and never had any issues with quality. I like these for clean up because one side is for scrubbing, and the other is for general cleaning. I like that one sponge can be used for multiple uses also. I will continue to buy these until I experience my own quality issues.

I love these sponges they work on anything you need to clean. they last and hold up great with all my daily use. they are a vital part of my kitchen. Dish rags that are left by others not rinse out start to smell sour real quick these sponges are easy to rinse out after each use so no more sour smells around my sink.
