I have used Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponges for many years now. Oh sure, I tried different brands. But I need a sponge that does what I ask it to do, each and every time and Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponges are the only ones that perform reliably. I use them for my dishes, even my best dinnerware and glassware. They can't be beat for cleaning those pots and pans with the greasy, baked-on food. I even use them on my oven. They really make quick work of the bathroom and laundry room cleaning chores. I wouldn't have any other brand of scrub sponge.

Use this sponge to clean out the bottom of the oven when spills occur. It cleans them without having to use oven cleaner which leaves white residue. When the sponge gets too old I use it to clean the doggy door which gets all grungy with oil and fur from the dogs.

I have used the Scotch-Brite heavy duty rectangular sponges for years. As others have noted, over the past 2 or so years, I have noticed a slight decline in the durability of the sponges as the price has increased. However, with my last two purchases , I have reached my limit. I can no longer find the rectangular sponges - only the curved shaped ones - and they are TERRIBLE! They do not rinse cleanly (always feeling greasy), the green scrubby pills like a cheap sweater after only a few uses, and it just is a ridiculously inferior product. I am taking my money elsewhere, I am sorry to say.

Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponges made cleaning the racks easy! 3X more scrubbing power compared to leading narional brands was true fact. Cleans tough messes, my racks had baked on grease and drips, no problem for this tough sponge. I love that I can sanatize and clean the Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Sponge in the dishwasher top rack, 20x or more.

Love these sponges, handy having a scrubber already at hand when doing dishes. I've even used them to do drywall repairs with spackling, great for sanding the spackle, and use the damp sponge side to smooth out for a finished touch. Great for cleaning smooth stove tops too.

I have been using this line from Scotch-Brite for quite awhile now and it doesn't shy away from any job from the stove grates to dishes to skillets with dried/baked on food... DO NOT EVER REPLACE THIS SPONGE!!!! looking to buy up as many as I can to keep in it stock in case it gets replaced in Walmart like it did with the dots one.

I've bought these scrubbers for years. They were always perfect for removing dried, stuck-on food remnants. Unfortunately, they either decided to save money by using a crappier scrubber material, or make more money by making them deteriorate so we would replace them more frequently. Or both. The new material seems to soften in warmer water, so it doesn't work very well. It's so soft, that when you rub it with your fingers, it feels greasy. The only reason that it is marginally better than the dollar store brands is because the scrubber and sponge parts don't peel apart. If China improves their adhesive, we can all use those, instead.

I recently was helping a friend do some cleaning at her house. Her son has the ability to turn a house upside down in a matter of minutes. I focused on the difficult cleaning jobs such as heavy burnt grease,gunk,etc. on pots,pans,appliances,etc. I also worked on sticky messes, such as gum, candle wax and glue. At the end of the day of cleaning I had went thru 2 Scotch Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponges and was amazed to find how well they had worked and that they could still be used again. Scotch-Brite products in my opinion are durable, affordable,safe,and do a great job at cleaning up a variety of different surfaces and items. Thank You, Sincerely Bricks

I recently purchased a house that was formerly rented out to 4 frat college guys and wow!! did i have some cleaning to do...this sponge got everything that was dried on the back of the sink counters, under the counters, everything that was a mess stuck on cabinets and counters dried and hardened for gosh knows how long. My kitchen is now pristine...thank you
