This vitamin has all the minerals and supplements you would want for men over 50. I love the fact the it support your testosterone level and lutein for your eye health. I take this daily in the morning. The size of the table is fine. Not as big as other vitamins. I highly recommend this for people 50 and over.

I'm not normally the guy who takes supplements, but as I get older I find I need to start. It is nice to have so many of the needed vitamins and minerals in one tablet. Of course it would take time to see results and quite possibly it is what you don't see that shows the improvement. I'll keep taking them and see the long term results.

This vitamin is a good kitchen sink vitamin. What I mean is it has everything in one tablet they could ever need. The one downside might be people that have trouble swallowing large tablets might have difficulty with this. I see a lot of people buying gummy vitamins, but they don’t have quite as many ingredients. This thing has everything you’ll ever need. And you can’t beat the price point.

I have used this product in the past as well as other name brand multivitamins. I reluctantly started being 50-years-old a few years ago, and I have used a number of brands of multivitamins for people in my age group.
